Amelia began her career at Federal Express, where she eventually ran their entire Midwest operations. She later worked with Ernst & Young and Oracle prior to leading Hyperion Solutions' turnaround as Chief Administrative Officer. She currently leads The Thornton Group, a management consulting company specializing in team performance effectiveness and executive coaching.
Dr. Ann Blackburn brings 28 years of leadership experience to the Alliance including CEO of a real estate management company with over a billion in managed assets. Her credentials include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Ann is also a Board Member of the National Women’s Business Council (Presidential Appointment), serves on the Executive Board of Women Impacting Public Policy, and is on the John F. Kennedy University Board of Regents.
Barry was formerly CEO of Smith & Hawken, Chairman & CEO of luxury retailer Miadora, and President of The Sharper Image. During his career, Barry has also worked with Rainbow Records, Warner Brothers Studio Stores, Federated and May Department Stores.
Bill was formerly Executive Vice President of Operations for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. During his career, Bill also served in a variety of general management roles with Levi Strauss & Co.
Dave brings over 30 years of international buisness and leadership experience to the Alliance of Chief Executives. He has run international marketing and distribution businesses in Asia for FORTUNE 500 companies in a variety of vertical markets.
David brings in-depth experience in brand development, advertising, public relations, Web-based communications and collateral production to the Alliance. As Managing Partner for Jamison/McKay Advertising for over 20 years, David was the brand and marketing strategist for many prominent companies.
A pioneer in niche market publishing, Dennis created BAM Magazine in 1976. An innovator from the start, he made BAM the first publication to be distributed free at point-of-purchase in retail outlets throughout California. In 1978, Dennis founded the first Bay Area Music Awards, more commonly known as the "Bammies." Dennis is currently the president of the Placemaking Group.
Douglas is the Alliance's Oscar winning Director for the development of Digital Compositing Technology which was used in Jurassic Park, Terminator 2 and The Abyss. He founded George Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic Computer Graphics Department in 1985 and grew it to more than 150 artists and production personnel.

Jack Anderson has been an executive in healthcare IT for over 30 years. Russ was the founding President of AMR International, American Airlines' technology business which he grew to 5,000 employees. Russ was also the first CIO for McKesson and built Bank of America's international banking systems.
During his career, Terry has served as CEO or top executive in numerous emerging companies. He successfully led geographically dispersed executive teams in charge of sales, marketing, development, operations, IT and manufacturing during startup, high growth and turnaround conditions.
Yosi Amram is a veteran executive coach who has worked with dozens of CEOs. Some of the companies and CEOs he has coached have created hundreds of millions and billions in shareholder value. Yosi’s background includes a 14+ year career as co-founder and CEO of 2 companies from start-up to successful IPOs. In addition, he has been an active angel investor and has served on many boards with top tier VCs. Currently he is also a PhD candidate in clinical psychology and teaches authentic leadership to MBAs at Stanford Business School.
